Read This Before Starting the Tutorial:

If you prefer not to use the Flixtele Go app, feel free to choose Smarters Pro or any other IPTV player of your choice. Our subscription is compatible with all IPTV players.

Tutorial:

  1. From the home screen of your device, hover over the "Find" button, then click on the "Search" box.

  2. Search for and select the "Downloader" app.

  3. Choose the Downloader app, then download and install it.
    • Note: If you face an issue with unknown sources, follow this tutorial and return here: YouTube Tutorial

  4. Open the Downloader app and enter the following URL in the search bar: 6360813 (Flixtele Go).

  5. Wait for the download to complete, then click on "Install" to install the app.
    (If the installation comes with error, please delete IBO PRO app if it's installed on your device.)

  6. Once installation is complete, open the app, login from device or scan QR code with your phone then choose the Flixtele 3.0 service (Choose Flixtele backup 1 if the Flixtele 3.0 doesn't work for you), and enter the username and password provided in your client area dashboard or in the email you received to log in.




    Spinning Circle More Than 5 Min Problem

    If you're experiencing a spinning circle for more than 5 minutes, follow these steps to resolve it:

    1. Cancel the Spinning Circle:

      • Press the Back button on your controller to cancel the spinning circle. This will allow you to continue the setup process.

    2. Add a New Playlist:

      • After canceling the spinning circle, click on the Add Playlist option.

    3. Change the Playlist Name:

      • In the playlist options, change service from Flixtele 3.0 to Flixtele Backup 1
    4.  Enter Your Credentials:

      • After scanning the code, enter your credentials to log in.

    5. Repeat for Other Backups (Optional):

      • You can repeat this process for all available backups if necessary.

    6. Wait for the Playlist to Load:

      • Keep in mind that it can take 3 to 5 minutes for the playlist to load. Please allow some time for this process to complete.

    7. Sign In on TV:

      • Once the playlist is loaded, click Sign In on your TV to complete the setup.




To Avoid Issues with Movies/Series Not Working:

  1. Go to your Firestick app store and install the VLC app.



  2. Then, go back to the Flixtele Go main menu, click on "Settings," select "External Players," and choose VLC and Click OK.



  3. Now, go to any movie, play it, and it will redirect you to the VLC app. Give it access, click "Skip," and enjoy!
