We've received reports that some Vodafone Broadband UK customers are experiencing issues with the service. To fix this, you must disable Secure Net or similar protection from your home broadband modem. How to Disable Secure Net on Vodafone Broadband:
1- Open your browser and go to: https://www.vodafone.co.uk/my-vodafone-account
2- Log in using your Vodafone account linked to your home broadband.
3- Go to Broadband Controls or Security Settings.
4- Look for one of these options: Secure Net, Web Protection or Content Control
5- Set it to Off or No Filtering.
6- Wait 5-15 minutes, then reboot your modem (power off/on). This should resolve the issue
